Refund policy

All sales of USED sets, loose minifigs, out of the package products, and bulk LEGO® are FINAL and NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES will be accepted on any of these items.

In order to be eligible for a refund on new items either sealed boxes or bags, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.  It must also be in the original, unopened packaging and must be in the same condition that you receive it.

For online orders please contact us at kelly@bedlambricks.com regarding returns.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
